Mary is a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She is a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner and board-certified Integrative Health and Wellness Nurse Coach. With an appreciation for the strength of the human spirit and it's deep knowing, she partners with clients to optimize their health and wellness in order to live a full and happy life.

Individual and group sessions available. A minimum of a 3-month commitment is recommended in order to make significant changes. Reflective practices and goal directed actions are the focus. Success comes from active engagement in the process.
What matters most
Our Stories
I never knew that 'story' would be a recurring theme of my adulthood, as I sat riveted in my seat, listening to my father's stories of the 'old country;' the destruction by war and the daily struggle to live each day holding onto hope for a better tomorrow. Since then I have heard many other stories of struggle and triumph. I wanted to grow up and help end suffering. I never understood that the suffering had a purpose, a lesson to teach. I'm learning to honor both the struggle and the triumph and see them as gifts, even when their value is not readily apparent.
Words Matter
So often, we speak without realizing the energy behind our words and their impact on our surroundings and each other. A greeting to a stranger on the street who was feeling alone and down and suddenly feels seen and valued by your acknowledgement of their presence.
Or complaining about not having enough time and it becoming self prophesizing, running behind all day.
See if you can catch yourself while having a negative thought or using negative words AND purposefully change it up.
